After the formulation of aims, goals and objectives the curriculum planners must select learning experiences of teachers and students.
Teachers experiences can be selected by taking their interviews and by gathering information about teachers learning level from their students.
Students experiences can be selected by taking their tests and by arranging their meeting with teachers and by arranging parents teachers meetings.
Selection of content
After the formulation of aims, goals and objectives and selection of learning experiences the curriculum planners needs to select content for curriculum. The content is selected on the base of aims, goals, objectives and learning experiences.The learning experiences of teachers and students tell the curriculum planners that what type of content is required to include and what type of content is not required.

After the selection of content curriculum planners needs to organise and integrate the learning experiences.
