Platform
Platform includes ideas of different people’s their performances, point of views, beliefs and values about the curriculum. Walker dynamic model first phase tell us that curriculum developers must collect ideas, point of views, performances, values and beliefs of people’s about the curriculum so that they can obtain potential objectives.
Deliberations
Here stakeholders (teachers, parents, community members and school board) talk with each other so that they can clarify their ideas, point of views, values, beliefs and performances in order to reach a consent of shared visions such as point of views, beliefs, values and performances.
Design
In this phase of walker dynamic model of curriculum development curriculum makers decide whether the selected visions in which point of views, values, beliefs and performances are included are valuable. They decide that should these visions can be considered well. After making decisions they select aims, goals and objectives and collect learning experiences of teachers and students and then select content for curriculum and evaluate it and then turn it into design.
The arrangement of different elements of curriculum in which aims, goals, objectives, content, learning experiences and evaluation are included is known as curriculum design.
What is the dynamic model ?
There are three models walker, skilbeck and stenhouse known as dynamic models of curriculum.
Why walker model of curriculum development is dynamic ?
Dynamic/interaction models say that curriculum developers must focus on the background and experience of teachers and their students. All the elements of curriculum are seen as interactive, flexible and modifiable it means that the curriculum development process is dynamic in nature and curriculum developers can change the curriculum content from any point during the curriculum development process if they felt something missing or wrong or objectives are not according to their expectations. That’s why walker model of curriculum development is known as dynamic model of curriculum.

Why walker devised a model of curriculum development ?
When walker saw that the objective and rational models of curriculum development are insufficient for the curriculum development process he devised a model of curriculum development that is known as walker dynamic model of curriculum development.
